Catering and Party Orders are available for all occasions. 

From a small group to a large corporate event, let us handle the food your guests will be talking about for days. We offer Beef Brisket, Bar-B-Que Pork, Smoked Chicken, St Louis Ribs, Beef Hot Dogs, Polish Dogs and mouth-watering fixin's of Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, and Mac & Cheese. We also can provide desserts such as Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler, Apple Cobbler, Cookies and Brownies.

All catering orders include plates, plastic silverware, napkins, and serving utensils. 

Need entertainment for your next event? 

We don’t just offer our succulent Bar-B-Que, but we can also provide entertainment. Our two flat screen 47-inch TVs, satellite TV, Blu-Ray, iPod, and complete sound system will turn any event into a memorable experience. Whether it be watching a live sporting event or your own personal DVD presentation, we strive to make it an unforgettable experience.

Firetruck Bar-B-Que presents unique and tasty ways for Non-Profit Organizations, Churches, Schools, or Athlete organizations to raise funds. We participate in all types of events including Arts and Crafts Shows, Fairs, Folk Festivals, and Holiday Events.
