Whole Slab Ribs
$29.95Firetruck Bar-B-Que Ribs are prepared with a rub made of salt, sugar, paprika, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, and turmeric. The ribs are then slow cooked to perfection for 12 hours in our USDA regulated kitchen. The ribs are placed in a vacuum bag and frozen to seal in the good taste. The ribs are shipped in a cooler using Nordic Gel Ice Pak to keep meat frozen.
